Every class at the Yoga School of India leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more awake and alert. Samir teaches us traditional Hatha yoga, and has a wealth of knowledge to pass on. He takes the time to show us each yoga pose, and ensures that we are doing it in the right way to get the maximum benefit out of it. I cant recommend the Yoga School of India highly enough. I really look forward to the classes.
I have also done the Yoga School of India meditation course. I was really impressed at how our teacher, Samir, gave each student individual attention. He really took the time to make sure we understood the meditation techniques he was showing us. He also made an effort to get to know each student so that he could show us the techniques that would work best for us. Samir cares about his students and about giving them tools to reduce stress and anxiety and to clear their minds. I am glad I have done the course and I believe its a really worthwhile thing to do.
