Students are shown the application of the gunas, how to recognize them and how to use the gunas in bringing well-being This part of the course reviews Western anatomy and physiology focusing on the organs, the nervous system and the digestive system. Ayurvedic anatomy is annexed to Western anatomy and physiology and includes Ayurvedic angle on the bodily tissues, digestion, flow within the body

5) Traditional Ayurvedic Clinical Therapies
Many of these clinical therapies can be done at home to treat many alignments. You will be able to treat people with any muscular pain, lower back, neck, knee pain, instant stress reliving techniques, skin toning, Anxiety, depression, hayfever and much more.

Ayurvedic massage is the key part of Ayurvedic therapy. Many of them you can implement at home or if you are an professional or yoga teacher can add this assets to your services. Ayurvedic massage should be carried out every day to promote positive health, overcome fatigue, strengthen the nervous system, improve eyesight, nourish the bodily tissues, increase longevity, normalise sleep, instil flexibility and sturdiness as well as to maintain good health in general.
Shirodhara is a ancient herbal oil treatment used on your third eye which directly relaxes your nervous system. It will helps to improve the function of the five senses, as well as insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue. The student will be trained different aspects of shirodhara and how to precisely use it in effective way.
KATI/ GREEVA/ URO/JANU VASTI (Musculoskeletal Treatment)
These are simple highly effective treatments used for back and neck pain and spinal disorders. Special oil is used to give the desired results. For thousands of years the tradition of black gram paste is used,the students in this training will be taught in same way to get the amazing results.
Pinda Sweda or Podikizhi (Preparation of Pinda)
Pinda sweda is a combination of herbal pouch massage and sweating therapy used in musculoskeletal problems like rheumatoid arthritis, helps to prevent varicose veins and dry skin.
Pizhichil or Sarvanghdhara
Pizhichil or also know as Sarvanghdhara is a unique and rare type of oil treatment which in the ancient India was known as the treatment of aristocrats because it was prescribed only for Maharajas (Kings) and Rulers. Pizhichil or Sarvanghdhara signifies dhara (stream of warm oil given to the whole body by hands. This treatment is very useful for like arthritis, hemiplegia and muscle spasm related issues .
This is a unique Ayurvedic process in which oil is administered through the nostrils. Nasya is a part of panchakarma as it helps in detoxifying the head. Common issues like Sinusitis, Migraine are taken care.
